AGL Cadell Solar Farm Construction Time-Lapse

Documenting large-scale renewable energy infrastructure requires highly durable equipment capable of operating flawlessly in remote and harsh conditions. Electric Films partnered with AGL to provide comprehensive time-lapse coverage of their massive Cadell Solar Farm construction near Balranald in regional New South Wales.

Over an intensive 18-month build phase, we deployed two rugged, fully autonomous time-lapse camera systems to capture the expansive installation process across the site. In addition to providing long-term site monitoring, our cinematography team was on the ground to document the official opening ceremony, ultimately producing a high-impact promotional video to showcase this major investment in sustainable energy.
